The first day of class

On the first day of class, I was touched by the description of accent.  Prof. Thapani represented that accent was part of your unique identity and that made everyone special. What a wonderful description! I liked it very much and it gained me a lot of confidence to speak louder, and fought my fear. When I introduced William in the class, it was first time I had so little fear to stand in front of all the classmates.  It was not only the encouragement but also respect.  I felt pleased to speak English in the class.
After the introducing, we learned about Chapter 1&2. The deepest memory was the Rhetorical triangle. Now, I still memorize clearly the meaning of Ethos, Pathos and Logos. The picture and the video were good for memory. Additionally, the history of communication gave me a shock. It has 2500 years old and so many sophists and philosopher studied it. I believe that I will never regret to take this class.
