On our second day of class Prof. Trapani was discussing the importnance and difrences between listening and hearing. "We hear with our ears, but we listen with all our senses". One of the things I have learned today is that we listen much faster then we can speak. It gives us plenty of time to think while we listen. Another intresting thing i have read was how avoiding eye contact closes communication, and how personal appearence affects the way others act towards us.
During our self-disclousure presentation I found myself forgetting a lot of things i wanted to say about myself. However I'm glad I got a chance to share my experiences with other classmates.
