Today is the second day we take HUC101 course. At the beginning of our course, the professor cleck our assignments and then teach us chapter 3 about the listening. Before that I think listening is the same with hearing. But now I know I'm wrong. They are different. Listening is the social congnitive process, and hearing is phscilogical process. Also there are 5 steps in listening. After this class, I can learn more about the listening, so that I can know how to become a good listener.
After that we have the self-disclosure presentation. Although it just take me 3 minute, and I prepare this the day before yesterday. I still feel nervous. I don't like to talk in front of people, but I know if I want to become an accountant, I must do more exerise to improve my speech and become more comfortable. So I will keep going to practise more, and try my best to do well in my presentation.
