It is interesting as the word of “yourself” is divided into two parts, “you” and “the self”. When I take a look at the meaning of the word, I think they are similar, but actually they are very different. “you” is created by society, culture, environment, friends and family, but “the self” is an intuition that is pure and self-actualization. Before the class, I realized people were able to be influenced by their experiences in the past, but I did not know there were so many factors that have strongly been influencing us. It is incredible that we are shaped by “you”. I felt sorry for the people who are tortured with their past. I wish communication course can be very popular, so people are able to know more about themselves to release the burden live better.
