Your Self.

Today the class was interesting because Prof Trapani gave some examples which I identified with one of them. For example, when Prof Trapani talked about we thought that we were not good enough, and we carried negative issues,I was thinking that sometime I thought that way. I know when I think negative, I may perceive things as more stressful.
Sometime I want to change the way I think because I have negative attitude. It lets me know that people are successful ,for they think positively.
